The interchangeable system developed by HANSA Sp. z o.o. is an innovative solution combining the functionality of two key types of equipment used in the construction industry: concrete mixers and dump trucks. The design has been developed to enable the user to quickly switch between different types of work without the need for two separate vehicles.

At the heart of the system is a precisely designed interchangeable module mounted on standard truck chassis. Thanks to the use of reinforced guides, hydraulic locks, and an integrated connection system, changing the body is simple, safe, and fully possible in field conditions.

The biggest advantage of the HANSA solution is the exceptionally short configuration change time — dismantling one body and installing another takes about 15 minutes, which significantly reduces downtime and allows for maximum use of the vehicle during the working day.

In the concrete mixer configuration, the system ensures full mobility in the transport of fresh concrete mix while maintaining high drum stability. After changing to a tipper body, the vehicle becomes a fully-fledged means of transporting bulk materials, aggregates, soil, or rubble. Both bodies retain full functionality, as in classic fixed structures.
